Shorter Sessions, More Frequently
(30 to 45-minute 1x/week):
A great fit when:
- You crave more consistent check-ins.
- The structure of weekly accountability is appealing.
- You feel you need more support with follow-through (as there is less time between sessions).
Longer Sessions, Less Frequently
(45-75 minutes 2x/month):
A great fit when:
- You have a desire to fully address both the emotional factors associated with your goals (within the scope of practice) as well as try out tangible wellness practices within each coaching session.
- You crave more time for integration (or the coach determine that is ideal).
- Your schedule does not allow you to meet weekly.
- You indicate some self-motivation to follow through on goals in between sessions.
