Wellness coaching is a type of health coaching, providing support and guidance to individuals who want to make positive changes in their life. Specifically, wellness coaching focuses on improving overall health, wellbeing and quality of life. It can help individuals to identify their goals in areas such as movement, recovery & regeneration, sleep, nutrition, mental & emotional well-being and then create individualized action plans that prioritize self-care and help them overcome any barriers to meeting their goals. Through an ongoing partnership of support, accountability, and motivation, wellness coaches help individuals make long-term sustainable changes to improve their health, well-being, and quality of life.
